How this works. Market odds (de-vigged) → Dixon-Coles scorelines → 50k Monte-Carlo simulations, scored on the official Fantasy Premier League points table. Player names are matched against this gameweek's projections entirely client-side against /api/fpl/gw1/players.json -- no squad is ever sent to our servers or anyone else's. Mark bench players with (B): they're shown with projected points but left out of your total. Your squad locks at the gameweek deadline -- FPL's automatic substitutions only fire after the gameweek ends, replacing a starter who recorded no minutes with the first eligible name in your bench order -- so the bench is insurance you set before the deadline, not a mid-week decision.
